The Dukovany nuclear power plant is the largest employer in the region and runs on shifts. Since 2020 it has used Yedem to manage, every day, how people get to work and where they park.

Around 3,000 people from the ČEZ Group and its contractors work on site every day. Public transport barely reaches the location, so most of them drive.
Cars lined the district road, which was a safety risk. The plant tried hiring buses, but they ran half empty. And whoever arrived never knew if there would be a space left.
Yedem introduced two things that fit together: carpooling and parking reservations.
At Dukovany, Yedem isn't an add-on perk but part of how the plant runs. Every working day it allocates dozens of spaces and matches shared rides, so people know in the morning whether they have somewhere to park. On weekdays the car park is 95% full, so every space the plant has gets used. The system helps most during unit outages. People who share rides save CZK 11,271 a year on average.
