Everything facility, HR, finance, ESG and IT teams usually want to know about Yedem, in one place. Missing something? Ask us directly.
Yedem is parking management software for workplaces. One system, with an employee app, an admin console, analytics and an API, runs car park booking, parking sharing, carpooling, visitor parking, gate access and EV charging fairly and automatically.
Yedem is for organisations where more people need parking than there are spaces: offices and headquarters, industrial and logistics sites, and landlords of multi-tenant buildings.
Yedem clients get 60 % more use out of the spaces they already have and save €240k a year on average, with about 3.3 drivers sharing every space. Half of the parking and commuting agenda runs by itself.
Yedem is based in Brno, Czech Republic. The company was incorporated in 2019 and its team has worked on it full-time since 2022. The name comes from "jedem", Czech for "we're going".
Yedem ranks parking requests by each person's usage history and your priorities, gives a space only where the car fits, and keeps regulars on the same space through the week. More on Smart Parking
A permanent space is released automatically when its owner is away, so a colleague can use it that day. More on parking sharing
Yes. Colleagues on similar routes find each other on a rides map, and carpoolers can get reserved spaces. At ČEZ Dukovany this means 300 fewer cars every day. Points and a leaderboard are coming soon. More on carpooling
Reception or the host books the guest in seconds, the licence plate is pre-registered at the gate, and the day's visitor list is ready in the console. More on visitor parking
Yedem gives chargers to the EVs that need them, keeps visitors off charging bays, and lets non-EVs use EV bays when the car park is full and no EV is expected. More on EV charging
Yes. One console runs every location, and when one site is full, smart overflow moves the booking to the next one. More on multi-site
No. Most companies start with the app alone. Barriers and ANPR cameras can be connected later, on the hardware you already have or ours.
Yedem connects to Green Center, AnthonyApp, Parknito and Cross. Access-control systems are available on request, and an open API covers the rest. All integrations
The reservation decides who gets in. The gate opens by ANPR licence plate recognition, RFID, PIN, QR code or the barrier button in the app. More on gate access
With single sign-on and user sync over SCIM from Microsoft Entra or Okta, or with a simple e-mail login.
Yedem is ISO 27001 certified by TÜV SÜD, GDPR compliant and hosted in the EU. A data processing agreement (DPA) is available. Security at Yedem
Licence plates are processed only to run access to your car park. Licence plate data policy
Yedem is priced per user, from €2.50 per user a month and cheaper with volume. Starter costs 2,990 CZK a month for up to 50 users and 50 spaces; Enterprise pricing is on request. See pricing
Per user by default. Companies can license per parking space instead, and landlords can license the building per space while tenants join per user.
Yes. Paying annually costs about 10 % less than paying monthly.
Days without integration, and a few weeks with a barrier integration.
Four steps: connect your people over SCIM or e-mail, set your rules, let people book in the app, and add barriers when you want.
