Questions facility teams ask

How much of my time does Yedem need once it runs?

Mostly exceptions. The allocation runs every day by the rules you set, unused spots go back to the pool, and misuse reports land in the console.

Can I change the rules without IT?

Yes. Priorities, permanent spots, EV bays and visitor spaces are set per team, location and day in the admin console.

What happens to permanent spots when people are away?

They are released to colleagues for those days and come back when the owner returns.
