WHAT IT SOUNDS LIKE

Small arguments, every single morning

"Someone's in my spot. Again."
The day starts with a phone call to facility.
"It's always the same people in the good spaces."
An unwritten rule nobody agreed to, and everyone resents.
"Who decided that?"
When nobody can explain the list, everyone suspects it.

WHY IT HAPPENS

The fight is rarely about the space. It's about the rules

  1. 1The rules are unwrittenSeniority, habit and whoever arrives first decide, and nobody ever agreed to any of it.
  2. 2Nobody can see the listA spreadsheet only one person opens looks unfair even when it isn't.
  3. 3Someone has to be the refereeEvery conflict ends up with facility, HR or a manager, with no data to settle it.
HOW YEDEM FIXES IT

FAQ

Questions facility and HR ask

How do we explain the allocation to employees?

Spaces are shared by each person's parking history and the priorities your company sets, and everyone sees the same rules in the app. The fairness is built in, so you don't have to defend a list.

What if someone parks in a spot that isn't theirs?

Anyone parked in the wrong spot can be reported in two taps. With a barrier or ANPR integration, the reservation itself opens the barrier.

What about colleagues who need a space every day?

Give them a permanent spot or a priority, written into the policy so everyone can see it. When they are away, their space goes back to the pool.

Can people game the system?

History-based priority means booking everything doesn't pay off, and unused bookings are released to the next colleague on the waiting list.

How long does it take to go live?

Days without integration, a few weeks with a barrier integration.
