WHY IT HAPPENS

Why the car park always feels too small

  1. 1First come, first served rewards the alarm clockThe same early birds park every day, and everyone else learns not to bother.
  2. 2Assigned spaces stand emptyA permanent spot is used on some days and blocked on all the others.
  3. 3Every exception lands on someone's deskFacility juggles a spreadsheet, HR hears the complaints, and nobody wants to be the referee.
HOW YEDEM FIXES IT

Fair allocation, every single day

  1. 1Everyone requestsOne day or the whole week, in the app. No race at 7 am.
  2. 2Yedem ranks fairlyBy usage history and the priorities you set, so it evens out over time.
  3. 3Every space is matchedCar size, EVs and carpools go where they fit. Nothing stays empty.
  4. 4No-shows come backCancel or don't turn up, and the next colleague on the waiting list gets the spot.

Rules you can explain in one sentence

People accept "no" when they understand why. Yedem makes the rules visible and the same for everyone.

FAQ

Questions facility and HR ask

How does Yedem decide who gets a space?

Yedem ranks every request by usage history and the priorities you set, matches car size, EVs and carpools to the right spaces, and repeats it every day. Whoever parked less recently moves up, so it evens out over time.

What about colleagues who need a space every day?

Give them a permanent spot or a priority. When they are away, their space goes back to the pool for someone else.

Can people game the system?

History-based priority means booking everything doesn't pay off, unused bookings are released, and anyone parked in the wrong spot can be reported in two taps.

How long does it take to go live?

Days without integration, a few weeks with a barrier integration.
