Before, every day, 100 parking spaces being laboriously assigned — no queueing or prioritisation system for anyone. While many employees worked from home or were on vacation, parking spaces were often left unused.

Parking challenges and the need for a solution

Before implementing the Yedem reservation system, parking spaces were manually assigned to specific employees based on internal criteria. As a result, some parking spaces remained empty when their assigned users were on home office or leave, while other employees struggled to find a place to park. As the company expanded, this situation became increasingly unsustainable and called for a more flexible solution.

A solution for both personal and company vehicles

The main goal was to maximize the use of parking spaces on the company's premises. TESCAN decided on the Yedem application after consulting with JIC (the South Moravian Innovation Centre). Yedem offered exactly what the company needed - a simple and flexible solution for parking space management, with the possibility of further development of functions. Thanks to this, Yedem has grown to include another function, namely the reservation and administration of company cars.

100 parking spaces available every day

Through the Yedem app, TESCAN employees can access around 100 parking spaces daily, which are automatically distributed among those who need them most. This smart system helps maintain full parking utilization even during vacation periods and allows easy reservation for visitors as well.
